Why we built Poize2
We started Poize2 in 2019 because we'd seen too many Dynamics projects go the same way, sold by senior people, then handed to junior teams to figure out on the client's time and dime. Companies were left with systems that didn't work, budgets blown, and no one being straight with them about why.
I wanted to build something different: a team of senior people who do the actual work, who tell clients the truth even when it's hard, and who can step in and fix a project when it's gone off the rails. That's still what we do today. Whether we're delivering a new implementation or rescuing one that's stalled, the goal is the same, do it right, be honest about it, and treat it like it's our own.
